1. She is the strongest woman I know!!!! Diagnosed with breast cancer, having a mastectomy, AND experiencing the loss of a child within the matter of a few months, but God!!!

2. My biggest supporter, teacher, encourager, and motivation.

3. Loving and fair woman......but with the spirit of Peter, her weapon of choice is words. Loves God with all her heart, but mess with her, friends, or family....

4. One of the smartest women I know! Dedicated her life to teaching in the inner city schools of Memphis and influenced so many lives. 

5. One of the few people I know who can have a convo with the crackhead yet hang with senators. My mom has friends in high and low places.....

6. A woman of faith and she has been an example to me that I truly didn't understand till I became an adult

7. She has taught me what a true mother is and provided me an example of how to parent when I am blessed with kids

8. She is honest, don't ask her if you don't want to know the truth 

9. How she loved and raised my sister with cerebral palsy. The sacrifices she made and to experience the loss of a child, very few can understand

10. She is a diva! Although I rebel she still tries to make me dress up and be half the diva she is......she still has not given up hope

11. She can talk and make friends with anybody, people just like to open up to her and tell her their story. Guess that is why she became a counselor

12. If I become half the woman she is....I am my own person and different from my mom in a lot if weights, but the foundation she has laid I will forever be thankful, I love this woman!!!!!

May 10, 2013 (Post Scandal Edition)

1. I was going to apologize for last night's Facebook posts......nahhhhh!!!

2. Shonda and the writers of Scandal I hate you!!!! Not really but if I have a heart attack you know who to blame.

3. How do you just hide out for 2 years? You ain't got no family? The agency (forgot name) that Huck use to work for doesn't verify mission accomplished?Aren't  they supposed to bring back an   ear or a finger? Why does Charlie keep leaving people alive? 

4. Mellie's actions last night makes me still think she has motives, but I do believe she wants Fitz to love her.

5. I LOVE when a man takes control!!! When Harrison and Fitz......Jesus!!! Harrison is so much more than talk!!! 

6. Next Thursday the season comes to an end.....and after last night????? I hope I don't end up in a fetal position saying 752 like Huck

7. No lie....when I see Byron Douglass III I feel old, he looks old enough to be my granddaddy now 

8. I wonder how many seasons will we be glued to Scandal? I mean planning your life around Thursday nights can get hard. What if I ever get married (speak it, yes!!!!)? Will I continue to plan around this show? I cut off my momma, Starling, & Eloise......and I love them all with all my heart, yes it is that serious, I think I may have a problem :-/

9. During the summer I think every Thursday night I will rewatch season 1 & 2......just to appease my addiction and maybe catch something I missed

10. Scandal you make me question so much.....my morals, my priorities, my ability to figure out the story line. But in the end I am still good, this is fiction, a guilty pleasure....I don't condone cheating, murder, and a lot of the craziness that occurs, but I do enjoy how the show demonstrates all "heroes" have flaws....we all have our kryptonite it just comes in different forms. One thing I have learned in the past few years.....never say never

1. Who is the mole? Most people are saying David Rosen from my unofficial facebook/twitter pole....

2. I already have my adult beverages lined up for tonight's show.....

3. Not so random, but Harrison still can!!!!!

4. How do you think Fitz is going to respond to Mellie?

5. I don't really think Cyrus will take out Olivia.....he is a monster, but he is not that bad, but wait he was going to kill his husband :-/

6. Why is this show so freakin good?

7. Why do people still complain about Facebook during Scandal? How long has the show been on? Don't act brand new!!

8. Twitter and Facebook enhance the Scandal experience.

9. Two more episodes this season.....like I said you know we will be jacked after season finale, but I am preparing myself now.
